Simplicity Pharmacy Services and Wellness Center,Inc. is a Concierge Pharmacy Consulting Company established in 2004 and is comprised of licensed and Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacists who work with Seniors to provide Personalized Medication Risk Assessments on their medications.  Our Compassionate and Caring Pharmacists will work with the patient, their family, and their Healthcare Provider to make sure their medications are safe and effective. We also look for opportunities to safely remove any unnecessary or potentially harmful medications (also known as Deprescribing) so that patients can Age in Place.
